Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional security officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a memorable experience. As a security officer, you will assist guests with various requests, from dining reservations to local recommendations, while embodying the values of hospitality and guest services.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide assistance with check-in and check-out processes.
- Manage guest inquiries and requests efficiently, ensuring satisfaction at all times.
- Provide information about local attractions, events, and dining options.
- Make reservations for restaurants, transportation, and entertainment as needed.
- Handle guest complaints or issues with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Maintain an organised front desk area and ensure all materials are up-to-date.
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Stay informed about hotel services, amenities, and local happenings to provide accurate information.
Experience
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality and security is preferred.
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to cater to diverse clientele.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills are essential for effective guest interaction.
