Hours: 32–40 hours per week, 9:00pm – 5:00am (includes weekend working)
Pay: £13.00 per hour plus attendance bonus

As a Night Hygiene Operative, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our production environment clean, safe and compliant. You’ll work across all production areas, ensuring that machinery, equipment and buildings consistently meet strict hygiene standards.
Main duties include:
- Carrying out scheduled daily cleaning tasks
- Cleaning production lines and equipment to the required standard, checked through sample testing
- Deep cleaning of production areas
- Completing post-cleaning checks to ensure standards are met
- Accurately completing all relevant paperwork and records
- Following company Health & Safety and hygiene procedures at all times
- Keeping your cleaning equipment and PPE in good working order
- Working effectively under time pressure
- Reporting any incidents or environmental concerns to your line manager
About you:
- Previous experience as a hygiene operative or as a production/line operative is desirable
- Able to work across different production environments
- Self-motivated, proactive and keen to learn
- Good communication skills to understand instructions and report issues clearly
Desirable qualifications/experience:
- 2 years’ experience in a hygiene role
- Level 2 Food Safety
- Health & Safety awareness
- HACCP knowledge
- COSHH training
