We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to an individuals, ensuring their well-being and enhancing their quality of life. This position involves working closely with one service user who will require assistance during the night due to his various needs,
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to clients in accordance with their individual requirements
- Maintain accurate records of service user progress and report any changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Undertake the appropriate training which is six weeks paid at the service users home
Qualifications
- Previous experience not absolutely necessary as full training will be given
- The ability to work as a team will be necessary.
- The ability to listen to instruction and learn is essential
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with the service user and his family
- A valid driving licence and own transport is essential due to the location and the need to be able to step in in an emergency
- Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.

Pay: £15.50-£18.00 per hour
