The Role: New Business Assistant
We are looking for a driven and organised New Business Assistant to support our growth by contributing to a wide range of sales and business development activities. This is a sales-focused role—perfect for someone results driven, proactive, and eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Generate leads through email outreach, calls, and online research
- Proactively reach out to potential clients via calling, email, and other outreach methods to generate build new business relationships
- Assist in client onboarding and relationship management
- Support the sales process, from prospecting to proposal preparation
- Help coordinate and attend site visits and client meetings
- Work on follow-ups, pitch emails, and proposal templates
- Identify potential growth sectors and new client opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- Someone with strong communication skills—written and verbal
- Organised, resourceful, and self-motivated
- Interest in sales, marketing, and business development
- Comfortable using email, phone, spreadsheets, and Linkedin
- Able to work independently and as part of a small, friendly team
- Prior sales or customer service experience (a plus, but not essential)

Pay: £8,900.00-£11,500.00 per year
