SEN Sports Coach & Club Assistant (Part-Time, Summer Holiday Weekdays + Weekends)
Based in Eltham and willing to travel around South London | Driving licence + car required
Training Rate: £13/hr (initial shadowing)
Standard Rate: £15/hr (once independently carrying out sessions)
Summer holiday hours available 3 days per week | Up to 8 hours/day
From Sept, between 6- 8hrs per day Saturday and Sunday only.
About Us
We run inclusive weekend sports clubs and 1:1 sessions for children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping them grow in confidence, coordination, and connection. Our mission is to create high-quality, child-centred activities where every child feels safe, seen, and supported.
We're a small but growing team and we’re now looking for a reliable, experienced, and proactive coach to join us.
What You’ll Do
- Assist or run weekend SEN sports clubs (group sessions)
- Deliver 1:1 sports coaching sessions across London boroughs
- Follow session plans and contribute to progress reports
- Build rapport with children and families
- Set up and pack down equipment
- Communicate clearly with the Director and families
You’re a Good Fit If You:
- Have 1+ year experience working directly with children with SEND (especially autism)
- Are patient, confident, and warm in your approach
- Are organised, punctual, and dependable
- Have a full UK driving licence + access to a car
- Are available on Saturdays and Sundays
- Are looking for long-term weekend work with potential to grow
