JOB TITLE: MULTI-SKILLED SERVICE PARTNER – EVENTS

REPORTS INTO: FACILITIES MANAGER

ABOUT THE ROLE:
A multi-disciplinary role supporting the events team within our London office. Delivering day to day support to ensure the smooth running of our events service providing exceptional customer experience within our Client sites.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with the Client events team ensuring all events are successfully supported relating to Facilities as well as support the day-to-day running of the office
Perform conference and event room furniture set-ups for meetings and events
Regularly work with external contractors, e.g. cleaning, production crews and event hosts
Assist with the coordination and booking for internal events
Carry out daily quality audits of all event spaces, furniture and equipment
Act collaboratively with event hosts before, during and after events to solve problems and resolve spontaneous and unique situations
Working in accordance with health and safety measures and promoting best practice amongst colleagues, contractors and vendors
Work with the Facilities team to ensure preventative and reactive tasks are completed within the Service Level Agreement (SLA) timeframe
Giving appropriate and timely follow-ups to colleagues and customers in emails, task systems, social posts and face to face
Working as part of the multiservice team: Supporting Events, Mailroom, Facilities and Moves, Adds and Changes (MAC) where needed

WORKING LIFE:
On a daily basis you will be working across one site
The main business language spoken in our offices is English. Knowledge of English and the local language is essential
On occasion you may be required to work weekends or bank holidays, this will be arranged in advance and in accordance with the rota
On occasion you will be required to be on call 24 hours a day in rotation with your colleagues
The role will be structured on a shift basis over a 5-day week
You are keen to develop within the workplace, spending time supporting a multidisciplinary team gaining knowledge and expertise
You work collaboratively as part of a team to solve problems with professionalism and service focused approach
You keep up to date with industry trends and have direct experience or an interest in facilities management and customer service
You are open and have good communication skills
You strive for excellence in what you do and share ideas for improvement
You are familiar with computer equipment and programs (Word, Excel and Outlook)
You are adaptable to work to requests and projects that may vary from day to day
