Zeers Therapy – where Performance Meets Recovery – is expanding its mobile and events team! We’re looking for a professional, confident and compassionate Sports Massage Therapist to deliver exceptional treatments directly to clients in their homes, workplaces, gyms, or at sports events (HYROX, marathons, fitness expos, corporate wellbeing days).
You’ll represent the Zeers brand in the field, helping athletes, busy professionals, and teams reduce pain, recover quicker, and move better – wherever they are.
We are expanding our event and mobile provision.
This role can develop with demand to team leaders, head of Mobile provistion and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality sports massage and soft tissue therapy at client homes, gyms, hotels, or events
- Set up portable massage tables and treatment kits with hygiene and professionalism
- Perform pre- and post-event massage (e.g., pre-race warm-up, post-race recovery)
- Educate clients on recovery, aftercare, and personalised rehab plans
- Work closely with our clinic and admin teams to manage bookings and documentation
- Maintain up-to-date SOAP notes, client forms, and health screening
- Represent Zeers Therapy professionally on location – uniform, branding, and energy
- Support social media marketing by participating in event content, reels, and testimonials
Requirements:
- Level 3 (minimum) in Sports Massage Therapy
- Valid insurance and First Aid certificate
- Own transport (car/van) and mobile massage table
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently, reliably, and with care
- Available for some weekends, evenings, or event days
- Positive, can-do attitude with a team-player mindset
- Confident working with a diverse client base (athletes, PTs, corporate clients)
Desirable (Bonus Points):
- Level 4 or 5 SMT or other CPD qualifications (e.g. dry cupping, IASTM, taping)
- Experience in event-based massage (e.g. triathlons, HYROX, running expos)
- Social media friendly: happy to be featured in reels or photos with client consent
- Local knowledge of the Reading, Henley, or Fleet areas
- Physitrack or rehab app experience
