We are currently looking for a Mobile Void and Clearance Cleaner to join our friendly and reliable team. You’ll be responsible for the following:
- Clear properties in preparation for a full clean prior to next tenant moving in.
- Cleaning empty properties (voids) to a high standard, preparing them for the next tenants.
- Loft Clearance
- Private property clearance
- Travelling between various locations within Worcestershire and Herefordshire
- Working independently or occasionally as part of a small team
- Maintaining a positive and respectful attitude towards clients and team members
- Using your initiative and eye for detail to deliver outstanding results
What We’re Looking For:
- Must have a full UK driving licence and access to your own reliable vehicle
- 1 years void cleaning experience
- Friendly, motivated, and trustworthy personality
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness
- Good time management and communication skills

Pay rate £13.75 per hour
