We are looking to recruit a Gym Instructor/Membership Advisor in Woolwich to work closely with the team to support our members and maintain the highest possible standards in the club. Undertake customer inductions, fitness assessments, reviews and other customer services as required and set by the service plan. Deliver gym based exercise classes, Membership's sales, dealing with enquiries and customer retention.
This is a fantastic oppotunity for someone looking to learn both sales and gain experience teaching classes and 121 tranining set ups.
Duties will include, but not be restricted to:
- Cleaning of all areas of the Club
- Member inductions
- Prospect leads by doing a variety of actions, such as calling, texting, or emailing potential members, and chatting with them at local events or during studio walk-ins
- Delivering engaging and effective gym appointments both 1:1 and in groups
- Running small classes on the gym floor (abs, kettlebells, HIIT etc)
- Health checks and reviews
- Writing basic programs for members
- Supporting the team with member telephone calls
- Taking photos and videos for social media
- Running member competitions
