The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, be proficient in Salesforce, and have the ability to analyse member needs effectively. Fluency in Spanish is a valuable asset that will enhance communication with our diverse membership base.
Duties
- Engage with prospective members through various channels to promote membership benefits and services.
- Conduct follow-up communications with leads to convert inquiries into memberships.
- Maintain accurate records of member interactions and transactions using Salesforce.
- Analyse member feedback and data to identify trends and improve service offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns aimed at increasing membership enrolment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing member queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist in organising membership events and activities to foster community engagement.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably within a membership-based organisation.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is essential for tracking member interactions.
- Strong analytical skills to assess member needs and preferences effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
