Responsibilities:
- Placing orders for plumbing material, negotiating best prices and prompt delivery
- Keeping track of Purchase Orders, deliveries and stock on sites
- Reconciling purchase orders to delivery notes /invoices and price checking
- Tracking project spend/cost reports for management team on Excel/dropbox
- Assisting in tender preparation work for new jobs
- Assisting in audits and preparation of various site policy documents
-Assisting Operations Manager with paperwork/certificates/O&M information
- Answering phone, emails and various ad hoc admin duties
Requirements
- GCSE equivalent grade C or above in Maths and English (preferred)
- Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (Essential)
- Previous experience in a similar role (preferred)
- Good with people, must be able to create good rapport, have a positive attitude and willing to learn for opportunity to progress within the company
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
