Communications Respond to and deal with catalogue queries from customers on product details, availability, delivery times and other associated queries. Assist the Materials Management Supervisors in creating and managing relationships with end users and suppliers to develop product knowledge and other relevant information. Attend meetings with Trust Stakeholders and Suppliers as and when required in support of the Materials Management Supervisors. Attend Departmental meetings as and when required.
Demonstrate excellent communication and Customer Service Skills.
