Event Day Unit Supervisor
Location: Kassam Stadium
Pay: £17.50 p/hour
Hours: Match days (primarily weekends and occasional evenings)

Role Overview
As a Unit Supervisor, you’ll be the key point of contact for a designated unit, ensuring smooth operations, excellent team coordination, and an exceptional customer experience on event days.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the setup, service, and close-down of your catering unit
- Lead, motivate, and support your team
- Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards are upheld
- Manage cash handling and basic financial reporting (e.g. till reconciliation)
- Liaise with event management, stock teams, and kitchen staff throughout the day
- Troubleshoot service issues quickly and efficiently
- Represent Farrs Catering Group Ltd in a professional and proactive manner
Requirements
- Previous supervisory or team leader experience in hospitality, events, or retail
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Calm under pressure with a problem-solving mindset
- High standards of cleanliness, presentation, and customer service
- Flexible availability
- Level 2 Food Hygiene desirable
