Job Opportunity: Master’s Swimming Coach
We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Master’s Swimming Coach to join our coaching team and work specifically with our master’s swimmers of varying abilities. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone starting out in their coaching career who is keen to develop within a competitive & performance environment.
For the right candidate, we are willing to offer training, mentoring, and support through coaching qualifications.
About the Role:
- Approximately 10 hours per week, with flexibility and the opportunity to increase hours over time.
- Working closely with our experienced coaches to support swimmers within our competitive programme
- Pay will be reflective of experience and qualifications.
What We’re Looking For:
- A passion for supporting athletes and an understanding of the commitment required in a competitive environment.
- A willingness to learn, develop and grow within the club.
- A strong understanding of the importance of safeguarding and a commitment to following Wavepower and Swim England’s safeguarding guidelines.
- Previous coaching experience or coaching qualifications are desirable but not essential — we are happy to support the right candidate through training and qualifications.
