We’re Yonda Fitness — a fast-growing, community-focused gym based in Haslemere with serious plans to expand across multiple locations in the coming years. We’re building something special, and we’re looking for a creative, motivated, all-around marketing & content creator to help bring our brand to life.
If you’re someone who loves making content, enjoys design and video editing, and wants to grow in the fitness space — this is your role.
About the Role
This is a broad, hands-on marketing role, perfect for someone early in their career looking to build experience across all areas of digital marketing and creative content.
You’ll be responsible for driving the Yonda brand online through video, graphics, social media, email, and more.
Your Responsibilities
- Plan and create engaging social content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
- Film, edit, and produce short-form videos (workouts, testimonials, ads, reels)
- Design branded graphics using Canva or Adobe tools
- Write and send email campaigns to keep our community connected
- Help manage and optimise paid ads (Meta/Google – we’ll guide you)
- Collaborate on creative ideas, campaigns, and brand development
- Occasionally film at local locations & in-gym to create unique content
Who You Are
- A self-starter with a passion for fitness and creativity
- Comfortable filming/editing using Adobe, CapCut, or similar
- Basic design skills (Canva/Photoshop) and a good eye for aesthetics
- Active on social media and understand platform trends
- Organised, proactive, and excited to help build something from the ground up
- Not necessarily experienced — but full of potential
