Their innovative services help businesses stay connected, and they pride themselves on delivering exceptional customer support. They are now looking for a Junior Technical Support Engineer to join their team and help continue providing top-notch service.
The Position
Job Title: Marketing and Communications Apprentice
Apprenticeship Course: Level 3 Content Creator
Apprenticeship Duration: 12 – 15 months + EPA
Location: Whiteley, Fareham
Working Hours: Mon-Thurs-08:45-5:00pm & Fri-08:45-4:00pm
Salary: £16,000
Role and Responsibilities
· Create engaging written content for blogs, website pages, and customer communications that explains our clients’ services clearly.
· Design and produce visual content (images, infographics, simple graphics) to support marketing campaigns.
· Support video production (e.g. filming, editing, short-form videos for social media and the website).
· Manage social media posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant channels to increase brand awareness.
· Work with the team to develop content ideas that highlight their services, customer care, and industry expertise.
· Assist with email campaigns by creating and editing content that engages customers and prospects.
· Ensure content is on-brand by following the company’s tone of voice, style, and branding guidelines.
· Support campaign reporting by helping track engagement on social media, website analytics, and other platforms.
· Carry out competitor and industry research to inspire new content ideas and keep up to date with telecom trends.
· Collaborate with the wider team (technical and operations) to gather stories, testimonials, and updates for use in marketing materials.
What It Takes:
- The role holder needs to have an eye for detail, creative, organised and able to work fast and accurately
and with many different teams
- An interest in digital marketing and communications
- Strong communication skills – written and spoken
- Monitor news and external environment
