- Responsible for management and timely administration of market data invoices through the payment process
- Relationship owner of select market data and / or research providers
- Become the SME of owned market data and research products / services
- Provide various reporting to end users, department leads, etc
- Ensure JHI’s utilization of market data products and services is compliant with contracted terms
- Troubleshoot and assist with all inquiries, requests and issue resolutions from internal stakeholders in support of market data and research services
- Manage the market data and research system data integrity and assist with any enhancements made to the system
- Engage in analytic projects to best optimize our data consumption through current providers or through the evaluation of alternatives
- Perform occasional audits of invoicing to correct any overpayments or discrepancies
- Understand contracted cost structure and provide suggestions for cost reductions
- Carry out other duties as assigned
