Maintenance Person – Nursery Group
Location: Nottingham (Full-time) - across St. George's Nurseries

St. George’s Nursery – one of the leading nursery groups in the East Midlands – is looking for a reliable and experienced Maintenance Person to join our friendly team. Based in Leicestershire, this is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the upkeep of our existing nurseries and support the development of exciting new locations as we continue to grow.
Your Role Will Include:
- Carrying out general maintenance and repairs across our nursery sites (e.g. painting, minor carpentry, basic electrics)
- Supporting the setup and development of new nursery sites
- Conducting routine inspections to ensure buildings and outdoor areas remain safe and in top condition
- Responding to maintenance requests from nursery managers in a timely and professional manner
- Working closely with the rest of our maintenance team and wider support staff
- Helping to maintain compliance with health and safety standards
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has proven maintenance experience
- Is confident with a wide range of DIY and repair tasks
- Works well independently but also thrives as part of a team
- Takes pride in their work and has great attention to detail
- Holds a valid UK driving licence (essential)
