In this joint role,you’ll take pride in making sure everything runs smoothly,from electrical and plumbing systems to general repairs,all while keeping our guests' experience at the forefront of your work.

Maintenance Operative Duties:
- Inspecting,fixing and maintaining equipment and machinery
- Completing scheduled maintenance tasks
- Conducting preventative maintenance and identifying when items need upgrading or replacing
- Providing information and advice on maintenance issues to your manager
- Liaising with contractors to ensure that they complete projects on time
- Painting and decorating or conducting repairs to flooring and other fittings
- Ensuring rooms are maintained and fully equipped
- Working between both our Beaconsfield and Stadhampton hotels
