Job Summary
We are looking for a handyman/caretaker to maintain the Offices and family house/grounds. This position would suit someone who enjoys working outdoors, gardening with a maintenance background. Must be confident around dogs as there German Shepard on the grounds who will require grooming and feeding.
Duties will include:
- Opening up Office's
- Cleaning Office's
- Gritting carpark
- Maintaining building/grounds
- Cutting Grass
- weeding
- Planting
- Dog waste removal
- Trimming hedges
- Fence repairs
- Painting fence panels
- Cleaning windows
- Jet washing
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
