We arerecruiting for a Marina Assistant to join our team at Upton Marina- and this is

So, what will the role as Marina and Estates Assistant involve?
- Ensuring site inspections are regularly completed to keep our
Marina in tip-top condition
- Operating machinery such as our boat hoist and lifting equipment
- General estate maintenance
- Supporting in the Marina office where required
- Delivering exceptional levels of Customer service to both new and
existing customers
- General onsite support where required
What experience do you need to be a Marina and Estates Assistant?
As this role is so varied, we welcome applications from a range of backgrounds, however a short list of what you will need to be successful in this role are:
- General trades experience, including basic plumbing, landscaping, carpentry etc
- Being computer literate
- Ability to “get stuck in” and work collectively as a team
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- An interest in site maintenance, and more importantly- Boats!

- A 35 hour working week. (As our Marina is open 24/7, this will
include some weekend and Bank holiday working)
