Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and service-driven Lounge Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth daily operations of the lounge, maintaining the highest standards of customer service, team leadership, and guest satisfaction. You will act as the key point of contact on the floor, supporting and guiding the front-of-house team while ensuring a seamless, elegant experience for our members and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support the front-of-house team during service
Ensure all guests are welcomed warmly and attended to promptly and professionally
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service across the lounge
Assist with opening and closing procedures, ensuring all checklists are completed
Handle guest queries, special requests, or complaints efficiently and diplomatically
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and smooth service flow
Train and mentor junior team members, leading by example at all times
Monitor stock levels and ensure areas are adequately equipped
Support the Lounge Manager in operational and administrative duties when required
Requirements:
Previous experience in a supervisory or senior service role within a high-end hospitality environment (members club, hotel, fine dining restaurant, etc.)
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and passion for delivering exceptional service
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
