WE ARE RECRUITING:
LOFT CONVERSION CARPENTERS & TEAMS REQUIRED
Due to increased demand, we are looking for Self Employed Carpenters with Loft Conversion Experience. Also keen to hear from Loft conversion teams.
The areas we cover the West midlands: Birmingham, Worcestershire, Warwickshire and surrounding areas.
You will be converting domestic lofts so knowledge of the conversion process is essential, as is good people skills, as you will be working in customers homes.
The job involves: installing steels, joists, plaster boarding, flooring, fitting staircases, installing roof windows, building dormer windows, carpentry (skirting/ Architrave/door fitting).
You will ideally have relevant trade qualifications or extensive 'on the job' experience, a high level of health and safety knowledge and practice is essential.
CSCS card desirable but training can be arranged to obtain one.

Weekly paid through the Construction Industry Scheme. Bonus scheme in place.
