Overview

We are looking for a Locality Coordinator to join our team in our Coleraine office. This full-time role (Mon-Fri, 9-5) includes one evening and one morning on-call per week, plus occasional weekend on-call with additional pay.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that safe and acceptable standards of care are maintained within a safe environment and ensure care provision meets all statutory requirements.
  • Liaise with client, families, care management and other Trust representatives to formulate care provision as required.
  • Effectively co-ordinate and support a team of care staff.
  • Co-ordinate all areas of administration.
  • Participate in recruitment and selection of staff.

Essential Criteria

  • 5 GCSEs (Grade C or above) including Maths and English
  • Strong IT and Communication skills
  • Full driving licence, access to own car and contactable by mobile phone.
  • Car insurance in connection with business
  • Previous Health & Social Care experience

Successful candidates will be required to register with the relevant professional body.
