We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Live In Carers to join our amazing team working across our various locations in Kent & Sussex. Our clients are over 65 and have varying health needs and requirements.
We are looking for long and short term availability placements on a two weeks on, two weeks off rota.
The successful candidate will need to be pro-active and encourage with daily living requirements, offer engaging companionship and be able to support with general care needs.
The Role:
- Providing 24 hour care to our clients within their own homes.
- Promoting independence and allowing client to maintain dignity at all times.
- Be part of a multi-disciplinary team providing full time care to clients.
- Supporting with all aspects of daily care routines including medications and personal care
About You:
- Kind, dedicated and compassionate.
- Ability to work self-sufficiently on your own.
- Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to identify, report and monitor changes in the health of the client and any deterioration.
- Both Live in and general care experience is considered.
- You will need to have a current DBS certificate (dated within 3 months), or be willing to renew (fully paid for by us).
- You must have the right to work in the UK and be over 18 to apply for this position.
Due to the locations of this post, a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.
Salary – £875 per week
