Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented packer/linen quality control for 2 nights shift on Tuesday and Saturday now at our shop in DA8 3HF, Bexley.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are packed efficiently and accurately for delivery. This position requires a strong commitment to quality control and the ability to perform correct packing process.
Duties
- Pack linen by sets; ensuring that all linen is ready for delivery;
- Operate washing/dryer machine to load and unload linen;
- Check linen for stains;
- Scan linen for inventory; using RFID tags and RFID scanner;
- Checking inventory levels and stocking shelves.
- Maintain an organised workspace, ensuring that packing process is smooth;
- Conduct quality control checks on linen before packing to ensure they meet company standards.
- Utilise the warehouse management system for tracking inventory and processing orders.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily packing targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Experience in packing is preferable.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control practices.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
