About Habbibi:
Located in the heart of the city, Habbibi Manchester is a vibrant Middle Eastern-inspired restaurant and shisha lounge. We serve bold fusion dishes, creative cocktails, and host a lively atmosphere that blends fine dining with social energy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook dishes following Habbibi’s recipes and presentation standards
- Manage your station during busy service, ensuring speed and quality
- Assist with daily prep and portioning, ensuring everything is in place
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times
- Collaborate with chefs and service staff to deliver smooth operations
- Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures (HACCP compliance)
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience as a Line Cook or Commis Chef (restaurant experience preferred)
- Knowledge of Middle Eastern, Mediterranean, or fusion cuisine desirable
- Strong knife skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
- Comfortable in a fast-paced kitchen with high standards
- Reliable team player with good communication skills
