We're Hiring: Full-Time Lettings Agents / Negotiators – Start Immediately!
We are actively recruiting highly motivated and driven individuals to join our expanding lettings team in London. If you’re passionate about sales and have a genuine interest in the London property market, this is a fantastic opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Lettings experience is preferred, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- A self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude
- Strong negotiation, sales, and marketing abilities
- Presentable, punctual, and professional
- Confident with IT and digital tools
- Proven experience meeting and exceeding targets
- Energetic, goal-oriented, and motivated by results
- Able to work independently as well as within a team
- Outgoing and confident in face-to-face appointments
- Strong knowledge of London’s areas and boroughs
- Problem solver with the ability to think on your feet
- Creative, adaptable, and quick to improvise
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience in sales or customer service

Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate offers and close deals with landlords and tenants
- Conduct property viewings and manage client relationships
- Handle a high volume of phone calls, messages, and walk-in enquiries
- Market available properties effectively and creatively
- Act as a fee earner – your performance directly drives your income
Job Type & Compensation:
- Full-time preferred, though part-time may be considered
- Commission-based only, with bonus opportunities, no basic salary
- Uncapped earning potential, your success determines your income!
