Due to continued growth, we are looking for an Experienced Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic team. The Role
As an Experienced Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for managing the full lettings process, from generating new business opportunities through to securing successful lets and delivering a first-class experience to landlords and tenants alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate lets with prospective tenants
- Proactively generate new business through lead follow-up, canvassing, and relationship building
- Advise landlords on market conditions and tenancy legislation
- Coordinate and manage the tenancy progression process, ensuring compliance with legal requirements
- Maintain excellent relationships with landlords, tenants, and applicants
- Keep up to date with current legislation and market trends
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Lettings Negotiator or in a similar role
- A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle
- Competent with software and data input
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of achieving targets and securing lets
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional, positive, and customer-focused approach
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload
- Knowledge of relevant lettings legislation and compliance requirements
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £27,000.00 per year
