The Role
· Support the busy lettings department in Leeds city centre, handling lets across our Single-Family Housing estates. Your focus will be to sell the estate and homes to customers and close the deal on new lets.
· Take and qualify enquiries accurately and efficiently, building rapport with customers to showcase estate offerings.
· Upsell house types with different features to maximise enquiries and achieve new let KPIs.
· Book and manage viewings, organise the calendar, and follow up with applicants for feedback.
· Progress applications through to “let agreed” stage.
· Work closely with third party viewing agents and internal Property Managers for viewing arrangements.
· Report to the Lettings Manager and support overall lettings performance, paying attention to enquiry conversion, viewings, and customer satisfaction.
· Carry out in-person viewings or open days where required
· Independently oversee dedicated estates, keeping records of updates to your sites viewing access, limited offers, and applications.
· Proactively seek customer reviews (e.g. on HomeViews) to boost brand presence.
· Represent Allsop with first-class customer service and professionalism.
· Based out of our Leeds office but visits to other offices or sites may be required on an ad-hoc basis
The Person
· Experience in an leasing role for at least 12 months
· Experience in a customer service-based role
· Experience within the rented housing sector is desirable
· A people person, chatty and great at nurturing relationships
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to work alone or as part of a team
· ARLA Level 3 or other professional qualification is desirable
