Key Responsibilities
As a Lettings Valuer at Johns&Co, you will:
- Oversea and manage a portfolio of properties
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and landlords, addressing their feedback and concerns
- Play a key role in helping to grow and maintain our managed portfolio.
- Organise and carry out Market Appraisals
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of the surrounding area, including schools, developments, and local amenities
Who We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a senior lettings position or valuer within Estate Agency
- Adaptable and resilient
- Track record of success – achieving and exceeding targets
- A strong understanding of the lettings process and current legislation
- Strong attention to detail
- ARLA qualified (desirable)
- Hold a valid driving licence (essential)
