Job Title: Lettings Consultant
Location: Reading
Employment: Full Time (5 Days per week, including Saturdays)
Salary: Up to - £25k plus commission

We are looking for a person who has recently graduated or has some experience in the property industry and wants to develop further within the Lettings profession. Consultant:
Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants, showcasing properties and providing confirmation on matters relating to property regulations and applicable law.
Provide clear and transparent information regarding rental terms and property location, features and contents.
Support tenants through the application process ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
Business Development:
Actively seek new business opportunities by identifying market opportunities to attract potential landlords.
Develop and maintain relationships with prospective landlords and clients, promoting the agency’s expert services and offerings.
Assist with marketing campaigns and leaflet dropping.
Conduct inspections/inventories/manage check in and out process for tenants.
Prepare property inspection and inventory reports with full audit trail.
Ensure properties meet regulatory compliance and safety standards before, during and after tenancies.
Requirements:
Some experience in lettings, property management, inventories would be desirable but not essential.
A valid driving license and insurance with your own car is essential for the role.
Must be comfortable with Microsoft office and other CRMs.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and independently.
Willing to work flexibly to meet the needs of the business.

Pay: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
