Lettings Consultant

We are looking for an ambitious Lettings Consultant Plus to join Posh Pads.

What You Will Do
- Win new instructions and grow our landlord base
- Conduct professional property viewings for students and young professionals
- Lead on social media marketing and online campaigns
- Host webinars and provide explainers for landlords (e.g. Rent Reform updates)
- Support the office team with day-to-day tasks and administration
- Build lasting relationships with landlords, tenants and clients
What We Are Looking For
- Proven lettings agency experience with the drive to achieve more
- Confident in winning instructions and negotiating deals
- Organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong communicator, comfortable presenting online and in person
- Creative flair for social media and marketing
- Living within 20 minutes of SO15 2DT
- Ambitious, entrepreneurial mindset with a long-term vision
