✔ Deliver **individualised and small-group support**, keeping students engaged and motivated.

✔ Implement **tailored education and behaviour strategies** to promote positive development.

✔ Encourage students to **build confidence, communication skills, and independence**.

✔ Foster a **safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment** where every child feels valued.

✔ Collaborate with professionals to develop and implement **individualised support plans**.

✔ Observe and document **progress**, adapting approaches to meet evolving needs.

✔ Maintain **clear and compassionate communication** with parents, carers, and colleagues.

### **Who We’re Looking For:**

✔ **Experience** working with children, particularly those with autism or additional needs.

✔ **Understanding** of special education principles and effective support strategies.

✔ **Ability** to engage and nurture children in ways that promote growth and well-being.

✔ **Strong communication skills** for building trust with families and professionals.
