✔ Implement **tailored education and behaviour strategies** to promote positive development.

✔ Foster a **safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment** where every child feels valued.
✔ Collaborate with professionals to develop and implement **individualised support plans**.
✔ Observe and document **progress**, adapting approaches to meet evolving needs.
✔ Maintain **clear and compassionate communication** with parents, carers, and colleagues.
