We are looking for an experienced Learning & Development (L&D) Advisor on a 12-month fixed term contract to cover a maternity leave.
In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering our ambitious L&D strategy. Working with our dynamic L&D and wider People teams, you will design and implement impactful learning experiences that empower Analysys Mason team members to thrive at every stage of their careers.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead key initiatives, from shaping and delivering a cutting-edge Senior Leadership Development programme to enhancing our learning management system (LMS) and designing new internal training offerings.
If you are passionate about driving professional development, encouraging a culture of continuous learning, and delivering solutions that align with business success, we would love to hear from you.
This is a hybrid role where you will need to travel to our London headquarters at your own cost on regular basis.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with the L&D team to drive our learning strategy, designing and delivering global initiatives that enhance technical and professional skills whilst remaining on budget.
- Supporting regular learning needs analysis to ensure efficiency and that solutions are fit-for-purpose.
- Overseeing L&D operations which includes processing training requests, maintaining learning resources, and leading key projects.
- Reviewing feedback from existing L&D training sessions, following up on feedback as necessary, and assessing how this information might impact existing and future L&D initiatives.
- Building and maintaining strong partnerships, both with external training providers and internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Keeping up to date with technology and learning methods, to ensure our solutions are fresh, invigorating and engaging.
Qualifications
We recognise and celebrate the fact that not everybody is the same, and we value the diversity of backgrounds and skillsets you will add to our team.
If you recognise yourself in the following points, we would like to hear from you:
- Experience in a L&D role in professional services.
- Confident communicator with the ability to work with senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrable experience in gaining buy-in and commitment.
- Experience of working with SharePoint and learning management systems, for example, with Cornerstone.
- Passion and enthusiasm for L&D, including openness to being hands on with administrative tasks.
- Available from September for a duration of 12 months.
You must be fluent in English.
We are proud to be an equal-opportunities employer and ensure fair work practices for all our employees, clients, candidates and other associated persons.
