At Pinnacle Pet UK, we're on a mission to improve the health and wellbeing of pets. We’re a team that values fun, works hard, and always strives for the best. We're looking for a Lead Scrum Master to guide our Agile teams and help us build amazing products for pets and their people.
What you’ll be doing:
As our Lead Scrum Master, you’ll be the champion of our Agile culture. You won't just be running ceremonies; you’ll be coaching and mentoring our fantastic team of Scrum Masters, removing obstacles, and fostering a truly collaborative environment. You'll be the key link between our development squads and leadership, ensuring we’re all pulling in the same direction to deliver outstanding value.

We’re looking for someone who:
- Has proven experience as a Scrum Master and is ready to take on a leadership role.
- Possesses a deep understanding of Scrum principles and Agile methodologies.
- Is a natural coach and mentor with exceptional communication skills.
- Thrives on solving problems and helping teams perform at their best.
- Has experience with tools like Jira or Trello (Scrum Master certifications like CSM, PSM, or SAFe are a big plus!).
