We are focusing on the commercial side of the business and we are looking for someone who has the skills to take the business to the next level by gaining a new contracts and spot opportunity.
You will need to:
* Source the leads and spot opportunities.
* Engage with Faciality management and Estate Agents.
* Secure deals and close business.
* Market the business where it should be.
* This role is NOT about digital Marketing it is all about developments and Sales.
