What you’ll be doing
We’re searching for an enthusiastic and reliable Labourer to help deliver a large-scale retrofit project in Renfrewshire. This is a hands-on, site-based role where you’ll work within a supportive team helping to transform residences with new energy systems. The role requires a proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for health and safety in the workplace.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out general labouring tasks such as moving, loading and unloading materials.
- Keeping the site safe, tidy and accessible for the team.
- Helping skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers, groundworkers) with their work.
- Handling tools and site equipment safely under supervision.
- Following all health and safety procedures to keep yourself and others safe.
What you’ll bring
- A valid CSCS card (essential).
- Someone physically fit, safety-conscious, and ready to work outdoors in all weather.
- Previous site experience is a bonus, but not essential, what matters most is reliability, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to muck in.
- A team player who’s ready to learn and adapt to different tasks.
- PPE and workwear will be provided
