We are seeking a reliable and experienced Labourer to join our team. This is a full-time position temporary position. There is potential to learn trades within the company as we are family business and we like to encourage growth in the workforce.
Minimum contract length: 6 months
**INTERVIEWS TO BE HELD VIA VIDEO CALL - WEEK COMMENCING 28TH JULY**
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in loading, unloading, and moving materials (bricks, cement, tools, etc.).
- Operate hand and power tools under supervision.
- Clean and prepare job sites by removing debris and hazardous materials.
- Assist skilled workers (e.g., joiners, plasterers, or plumbers) with their tasks.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Follow all safety regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area.
- Help with the setup and breakdown of equipment and materials for projects.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
- Good physical stamina and strength.
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols.
- Ability to work well with a team.
- Willingness to learn and take direction.
- Good communication skills.
