Duties
- Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
- Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks efficiently.
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery safely.
- Support skilled tradespeople in various tasks as needed.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on site.
- Report any issues or hazards to supervisors promptly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as required.
