Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on-site, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role is crucial in supporting our operations and contributing to the overall success of our projects. Must have own tools, PPE and tramsport
Duties
- Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
- Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas.
- Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery under supervision.
- Report any issues or hazards to the site supervisor promptly.
Experience
- Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential.
- Familiarity with construction or manual handling tasks is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards work.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to various tasks as needed.
