Duties

- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Support catering events by preparing and serving food items as directed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations during busy periods.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards.
- Participate in inventory management by assisting with stock rotation and reporting shortages.
Skills
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment or restaurant setting is highly desirable.
- Strong culinary skills with a focus on food preparation and cooking techniques.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team while also demonstrating initiative when required.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in meal preparation and presentation.
- Experience in catering is an advantage but not essential; a willingness to learn is key.

Pay: £12.21-£13.24 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 45 per week
