Key Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and assist in crafting meals, adhering to precise recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Uphold strict food safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a spotless kitchen environment.
- Aid chefs with tasks such as prepping ingredients, assembling dishes, and managing cooking stations.
- Keep kitchen tools and workspaces clean, organized, and in good working order.
- Monitor ingredient supplies, alerting managers when restocking is needed.
- Work seamlessly with the team to maintain smooth kitchen operations, especially during peak hours.
- Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations to protect staff and guests.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Prior kitchen or food service experience is a plus, but motivated beginners are encouraged to apply!
- Basic understanding of cooking methods and kitchen workflows is helpful.
- Awareness of food handling safety practices is preferred.
- Must be a team player—collaboration and adaptability are key.
- Ability to stay calm, communicate clearly, and keep up in a high-energy environment.
