We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Team Members to join our dynamic culinary team. As a vital part of our kitchen operations, you will play a key role in ensuring that our meals are prepared to the highest standards of quality and safety. Duties
- Assist in the preparation of meals, ensuring all food is prepared according to recipes and specifications.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the kitchen.
- Support the cooking team with various tasks including chopping, mixing, and cooking ingredients.
- Ensure that all kitchen equipment is cleaned and maintained properly.
- Help with inventory management by checking stock levels and reporting shortages.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations during service times.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to create a safe working environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential; we welcome those eager to learn.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary skills will be advantageous.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and practices is desirable.
- A willingness to work as part of a team and assist colleagues where needed is essential.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive under pressure are important for success in this role.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £9.00-£12.21 per hour
