About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and hard-working Kitchen Porter to join our team. You will play a vital role in keeping the kitchen running smoothly by maintaining cleanliness, supporting the chefs, and assisting with basic food preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Washing pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, and kitchen utensils
- Keeping all areas of the kitchen clean, tidy, and safe
- Emptying bins and maintaining hygiene standards
- Assisting chefs with basic food preparation, such as peeling and chopping vegetables
- Ensuring cleaning equipment and supplies are used correctly
- Supporting the wider kitchen team when needed
Requirements:
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
- Good attention to detail and commitment to high hygiene standards
- Experience necessary
