About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Support Worker with a strong understanding of EUPD to provide compassionate, person-centred support to individuals in our care. You’ll work closely with clinical teams to promote stability, emotional regulation, and recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide one-to-one and group support tailored to EUPD needs

· Support emotional regulation and crisis intervention strategies

· Build therapeutic relationships based on trust and consistency

· Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families

· Maintain accurate records and support care planning

· Promote independence, safety, and emotional wellbeing

What We’re Looking For:

· Minimum 2 years’ experience working in care

· Relevant qualification (e.g. NVQ, Degree, Diploma in Mental Health or Psychology)

· Training in DBT or trauma-informed approaches (desirable)

· Strong interpersonal skills and emotional resilience

· Empathetic, patient, and professional approach

· Flexible and committed to high standards of care
