Job Summary
We are looking for a brilliant Junior Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support to our General Manager and Drivers as well as having specific critical tasks to complete. This role is perfect for a fun outgoing person looking to join a small but highly motivated and efficent team. We work hard but play hard too!
Duties
- Assist with general clerical tasks, including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Utilise Microsoft Excel, bespoke apps and Whatsapp daily
- Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with team members on various projects and administrative tasks as needed.
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general app / bespoke software use.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong administrative skills with a focus on accuracy in data entry.
- Good phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to type efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- A proactive attitude towards learning new systems and processes within the office environment.
