Role Overview:
As a Junior Marketing Agent, you will play a key role in executing marketing campaigns, engaging with potential clients, and supporting the marketing team in driving brand awareness and lead generation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting out in marketing and keen to develop their skills in a vibrant, hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the delivery of marketing campaigns across various channels
- Engage with potential customers through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
- Support the marketing team with administrative and research tasks
- Gather and record customer feedback and campaign data accurately
- Help organise promotional events and activities
- Collaborate with team members to meet targets and deadlines
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of marketing trends and client industries
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiasm for marketing and eagerness to learn
- Ability to work well within a team and independently
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Basic IT proficiency (MS Office, email, CRM systems)
- Previous experience is not essential, but a keen interest in marketing is preferred
