Junior Finance Assistant
Location: Harlow
Salary: £22,932-£23,500
Full-time: Fixed term contract – 12 months
Working hours: 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

What you’ll do:
- Download invoices from internal systems
- Cross-check invoice details for accuracy before distribution
- Email invoice copies to dealers in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate record of sent invoices
- Assist with any follow-up communication regarding invoice queries
- Other reasonable duties as required.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Computer literacy including email and Microsoft office (especially Outlook and Excel)
- Ability to work both independently and part of a team
