Role Overview:
As a Junior Event Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the logistics and delivery of our marketing events. Working closely with the events and marketing team, you’ll assist in organising promotional activities, engaging with the public, and ensuring smooth on-site operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who is energetic, creative, and eager to grow within the events and marketing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and coordination of marketing events across various venues
- Support event setup, breakdown, and logistics
- Represent client brands professionally to the public during events
- Engage with attendees to promote products/services and gather feedback
- Help manage event materials and promotional stock
- Provide on-site support to senior event managers and team leaders
- Track event performance and contribute to post-event reporting
- Maintain a positive brand image and customer experience at all times
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Energetic, proactive, and a team player
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and on your feet
- Willingness to travel locally for events (travel expenses covered)
- No previous experience required – full training provided
